0NC, short for “:0nc,” is a blockchain-based decentralized business application system. Its issuance mechanism follows a token economics incentive model. By issuing 100 million circulating assets, they are destroyed and proportionally distributed to miners participating in mining activities. Among the distribution, 10% is allocated as rewards for developers and operators, 30% goes to the community, 5% is allocated to ecological partners, 1% serves as a foundation, and 3% is for technical cooperation partners. 0NNetwork is an open-source project focused on digital currency payments.

What is OEN?

According to the official website, OEN is a currency with the code name “OEN”. According to official introductions, OEN is developed and issued by OnChainLabs, a blockchain company based in the United States. It aims to create a decentralized payment network and wallet application ecosystem that connects traditional banks with the mobile internet. OEN is also referred to as the Euro.

In previous reports, in September of last year, KBC, the cryptocurrency subsidiary of Korean fintech giant Kakao, secured a $10 million financing round. The funding was led by South Korean blockchain startup Hancom.
